My quote is lump sum because i took their package so they adjust whatever i required. than additional items (eg like gates, windows grills, shoe cabinet, feature wall etc) are quoted separately so i can compare quotes with external source. my window grills and gate i get from outside. Tv console and all the additional carpentry i also get from outside, cuz the ID's quote is over my budget. But u do have lotsa of carpentry work i notice..so that should be where the main ar... if possible can you ask your renovator to give you a break down?

no point , dun bother... Buy in KL... 1 condo unit about RM$200k+, rental per mth fetch $1200 buy a landed Rm$300-$400k, rental maybe RM$1000+ to RM$2k+ In JB lagi worse.. Buy a landed double storey 4 bedroom about RM$ 220k, rent only RM$500 when u sell also wont earn.. cuz got more new project poping up.. then rental also not enuff to cover mortage loan
