Will it be tedious & messy if u have furniture etc at home? esp it use water, later wet the furniture? Any small polishing tool in the market that we can buy n DIY ourself?

me not as good as u either...but u gota have some solution. 1. Sometime smell the idiot smoker ' smoke come into my room -> close the windows. 2. Always sing like shxt -> tune my speaker loud. To reduce water dripping sound -> close your toilet door or boxed up the pipe with sound proof materials. That's y best is to get the TOP floor, no more water fall sound, no more gorrilla noise.

yalah, nowadays those electrical things really dissapointed. when I buy my aircon, the salesman said no need get so good brand, watever brand, average last u only 4-5 years. faintz... Maybe get those electrical items with "simplest" functions/features can last longer, more complicate => more troubles.

Hi, whenever raining (even small rain), the rain drop from upstair aircon unit always "bounce" from my aircon unit into my room; if I leave the windows open. I saw opp blk got ppl put "plastic" cover or 45 degree plastic on top on the aircon unit maybe to slide the water from bouncing into the room, any idea where or how to DIY that things ? just a soft plastic board can ? Cos if rain not so heavy, i hope to leave the window open to get fresh air.

so far...what i know is: old gas R21: - vendor said going to replace by R410 in 4-5 years time. - cheaper in replacing new gas R410 (use in inverter) - few hundred $ than R21 - faster cooling => cool faster mean the unit will reach the temp faster, then the unit can rest early if I understand correctly. - equipment that use R410 last longer cos more "clean" - no generate BAD oxygen ?

Do u tell them clearly that your cupboard had been dismantle, and only need them to throw the wood? Town council only limit to throw 4 items for u per month. Xtra items will charge. Else u tips the worker that come, so he throw for u. Alternative, u tell them r table, shelves to schedule the datetime, when the worker come (normally the bangladesh that clean your blk), ask them to throw lor, give some kopi$.

I think u have to see the chute to compare the material. Heard some offer u cheap cheap, but the material maybe not so good. The one my ID install is stanless steel chute with boltless & slim & air-tight. But HDB got put standard price is $180 for baseline. So, u should not get more that that, unless they give u 18K gold plated I also interest in maintaining the polished marble floor, any1 see any small tool that can do the DIY polishing ourself?

I think depend where it made from? if Made in Chixx...avoid Cos I also have another Philxxx kettle, Made In Netherland (their main land), 6+ years, so far so good (maybe those old batch got good QC). But sad to said, nowadays most product Made in Chixx. Next time I will paid more attention on the Made in where label. Made in Malxxxxx, Korex still not so bad, of cos Made in Japxx better

The StarMex also come out with non-inverter but using the new eco-friendly R410 gas. Maybe u can consider (if available).

Update: at 5:20pm, then receive their call. need to carry-in, and wait for 4-7 working days, go collect back again. if ask them collect/deliver, $20 per trip. Poor after-sales service, all $$$. And they only open 9am-6pm, so gota take leave to go else, Sat till 1pm. NO MORE PHILIXX BRAND! Banned all their products from now on, even their light-bulbs.

HTS3105. Call Philixx, gota bring back to Toa Payoh to repair. Scare them give me a re-con unit to replace. Paying new unit price to get a re-con unit. haiz....no more Philixx. Even their service tel suxk, call early morning, leave my contact at voice recorder, until 5pm still no call me. I have to call them again n again, till the service ppl take. and need to wait long long long...

Bad experience with HTS3105. Poor QC. even a simple thing => the exhaust fan can spoilt and sell to consumer. Need to bring back to service, hope they dont give me a recon unit to replace. Give this a miss!

I really hate Made In Chixx products! Argh! Next time get the Korea products better.
