Hi, Wanna ask a question here, it's the same old question but new situation:) If the unit is in the very high floor, eg. 20th above and in front is a school, shopping center or mrt track, but can't see them until you look down, is it safe to take? I'm asking this more to do a preparation and I don't want last minute info by either agent/hdb/lawyer, like you need to pay this fee, you need to pay that fee kind of situation, so by knowing the total amount upfront make me feel secure.
