Hi 168, This illustration is very old but vague, problem with old illustration is they are often lack of detail, 1) Hows the traffic condition of the T-Junction, will the traffic come to a complete stop before it make a turn ? Hows the traffic condition of the horizontal road ? These condition will affect the 气。 2) So if these illustration is about 3 (震卦）, how bout if other period ? lets say Period 8 (艮）, will a straight road be the condition to so call 冲起乐宫，无价宝？Will a straight road 冲起乐宫？Or will it 冲起官非? 3) For that prosper shop it might be other condition like 排龙. 4) If you read carefully, the author use 积财巨萬.......积就是“聚”. 宅前聚气之故, 而向首也有当云水星, 来路有情, 加上向首有当云水星. 5) Thru out illustration did the author of the poem use 冲? 只为向承旺气足​ what does this mean ? 注解未必是对的，尽信书就不如无书。 6) 冲气乐宫得财的性质是怎么样？会不会是突然来的意外之财？ 7）形，理合得的缘故？ Not all straight road have the condition of 冲起, depend on the traffic condition. It can be certain condition that may cause 无情路，无情就是凶,will let the owner suffer from 极大打击， 有情则阴阳交. Also to mention, it cannot be said that 6(乾卦) is good for all period, it depends on the combination 双星断事, we cannot just use 单星断事 and also 清,浊,凶 of the environment or element. Hi Joe, Too little furniture might be a issue...when we have too much space it can be 荡. Bepgof is right about the solid backing, it helps concentration. Office FS somehow have some difference between House FS, sometimes down to the office chair you use, get chair with solid backing too, not those fishbone type backing. Now your arrangement is what we call 座中宫, because of the ample space you have behind you, trouble comes when you have too many people walk behind your chair. Chair is for 聚气, too many people walk behind will be 气散. The other are all usual rule of thumb, like not block your main entrance etc etc, one thing you can notice is, when you walk from main door to your sit, you do not have a slight stoppage in between, then it can form a straight road, any road without stoppage is a straight road (无情路）, so sometimes is good to have furniture in between to to slow you down before you hit your office chair (受气). Make sure the area you are working on is tidy, by tidy means, top and bottom of the table, cable management etc etc. Because you are going to spend a lot of time there. Also take note, if the place is too big and only you are working, the proportion is not right then it will feel 冷清, not very good if you are starting a new business and you need to market yourself. unless you are very establish high profile business, 高档. Yes bathroom do have fengshui, since it is the part of the house...rule of thumb is keep it as clean as possible and dry too, have good toilet/bathroom habit. Saying goes 乾宫忌做厕，mainly due to 乾卦为健康. 乾不安，坤之疾病必现，乾若安，坤柔顺。乾之气本寒，遇潮湿。。。问题大。

I think tilt the whole house to achieve the facing and sitting direction more effective......if not 蛇头摆尾.

If the prediction is next year lose wealth then now ma start don't anyhow spend money………..depends how u look at predictions, only worrying about lose wealth is pointless, do something about it, if predict health no good ma watch your diet. Why ppl don't worry about tomorrow rain when weather forecast says tomorrow sure rain leh? Ma bring an umbrella lor. Take every prediction as a reference guide, but at the same time prepare ourselves for it, and measure the outcome with the reference guide. Wealth lost and health deterioration have many different characteristic too. But still, be it advert or not, one is still brave enough to post their predictions, sometimes accurate sometimes not. I bet none of us here can predict next year 12 animals luck right? I admit I definitely cannot.

Personally, if a person seriously wanna try it, at your own risk of cos, can try to experiment with changing your bed position and monitor how things change for the coming year, but first draft out whats been happening the past 3 years, if theres a repeated trend thats even better. After changing bed position plot the outcome again and see if theres a new trend happening, and compare which is trend is better ? You can shift things but know what you are doing and do it logically. Time and space remember, shifting your bed position is changing space, space change outcome different. I have to REPEAT AGAIN "DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK". Such experiment MUST be executed with patience, cos time is 360, meaning the person have to monitor for a year and 2nd year is for repeated trend, so keep a diary. Keep the condition of the space as clean like the initial stage as much as possible, even colour, lighting condition so on and so forth, so not to have too much variables, don't worry if the repeated trend shifted down in time, there's a reason for it (紫白历法,气候等等). So it will be great if the diary comes with weather condition. The whole idea is you cannot change time but……you can indeed change space. Space does not mean an item being put here or there, this is just one of the condition, it can also mean changing of colours, lighting condition etc etc….as long as theres a change in look, the space change. Moving a bed does not mean changing position this is just one of the change, look at the space…….the floor shape change, the walk path change…….life change. My 2 cents. Cheers !

Here are my thoughts….. Ghost can be perceive as reflection of how the environment can be, for example a room with no sunlight or windows will have a high chance of "seeing things", as long as a person do not let such living environment happen in his or her living space, chances of so call "seeing things" are low. Yin qi too much will cause such "illusions". There are of cos other factors, like exterior, but that we cannot control or easily make changes as will, but interior we can. When I mention yin qi, it means qi that are no good, some will say as sha qi, so call sha qi are simply just unpleasant sight, smell, noise or non ideal living environment. Here I use the term yin and yang to differentiate bad and good. Be it yin or yang qi, first we look at the sign, if its bad sign (sha qi)……then its a matter of time before "murphy's law" takes place. Just imagine yourself opening the main door and looking at a rusty pipe or dirty corridor everyday, its not beautiful at all, so long term expose to and living in such environment will of cos affect our life, it basically sits there and wait for the right timing to trigger. Any happening need to have a "SIGN" for it to take form (shape). Rain will not suddenly fall, sure to have rain clouds, then cold air, then thunder lightning, we can see, hear and feel and smell it before rain comes.

We will not know for example the main door front corridor is actually very dirty or clean, thats the actual condition of the living environment. As for a real thru effect, it is identify as 巽卦象, 巽为风, if the house very often lose wealth due to the people living inside overlooked paperwork or contracts, often link to messy paperwork or filing, then thats 巽卦负面. So we look at repeated incident, as 周易 already taught us time is in circles, if its about losing wealth it must be of the same nature happening repeatedly. If we know 巽卦负面 is messy, then lets look at it positively, 正面 is clean the mess up and it will look brand new again (前进,progression). Its an opportunity presented to us.
