yes sir! cleaning is such a hassle!!!!! grrr... according to my neighbour, our plc gets dirty/dusty frm oct-mar because of the winds blowing dirt from the 38wang shipyard to our side... that explains why even after i mop, few hrs later if i walk ard the hse with my feet wet, i gt black marks... so i have no choice but to mop the floor 4times one shot... grrr... but its a weekly affair so not too bad... anyway she says after march wld be better.... she claims closing windows also no use... the dirt manages to find its way in... oh well... no wonder the units have been empty for so long? heheheh anyway u gotten keys? moving in yet ?

sorrie to burst all ya bubbles but we do not intend to have housewarming.. those that have seen the plc.. then good for them... those that havent ... then .. too bad heheh... our plc is hardly furnished... we will be slowly buying stuff n beautifying the plc.... we do not see a need for housewarming... but if anyone wishes to drop by, do drop me a pm and i wil try to reply.. i seldom log in here because my internet connection aint up yet.. paiseh.. hee cheeRx

LadyLuck - gd luck in ur choices after CNY! Hee... Hmm usually the BS will not make identical gowns... thats what my designer told me... If really don't have anything you like, would be nice to make MTM? Maybe you cn start sourcing for certain designs you like online or in magazines... then bring it along when choosing gowns... the designer will tell you if the style suits you or not... i lurve empire cut but it makes me look pregs.. haha and i cnt wear tube becos it jus emphasizes at the wrong regions... its best to let the designer "decide" what style suits you becos they r the experts... My advise is if really cnt find then do mtm strt away because it takes awhile for them to actually make it... you have to choose colours... then they have to see if have the material and the colour you want.. then they will do the main gown first without the details.. then you go try and see okie or not... then they will do the details... then go try again... and all this must be done before your photoshoot! if not very rush and kan chiong to get it all done! which was what happened for our case... photoshoot was supposed to be in sept... but we only went to choose the gowns early august.. so not enough time... then push to oct... then stil not ready cos dun have the colour i initially wanted... then takes time to sew on the lace and beads... then our ps push to Nov... still have to wait to select photos.. print for us.. etc etc... usually photo selection to getting photos takes ard 4-6weeks.. depends if they are busy or not.. so you must knw hw to pace yourselves bah... most impt is that you enjoy the process and let no one burst your happy Bubble! heee

exactly since its only for one day/night, some pple are willing to spend more to look really good! it depends on individuals on how they view the wedding day to be... some are willing to spend loads... some are more practical... anyway my bs have to top up 500 for mtm... haii... sian ahhh no choice... can buy me a coffee table liao...

okie la at least better then my ID ahahaha... anyway i went up to my plc today to peek ... after i smsed a whole string of smses to my ID yesterday plus i cried becos so frustrated that the reno is moving sooooooooooooo slow.... plus the fact that wedding is in less than 3 weeks! i told him i no time to move things. no time to clean. promise me wil be done still not done. always promise me. how can i believe or trust u ever again. blahblahblah. and today, i saw everything done. pretty amazing how tears of a lady can push them to do work... anyway, was only left with the mirrors and doors to be fixed up... which was done surprisingly fast in 1 day... i knw a lot of pple claim that carpentry is super fast, etc etc... but ours dragged for more than 1 mth... started reno is oct/nov ... nw its feB... tsk tsk... anyway, wil post up pics after ive taken tomorrow.. hee

hmmm i also waited ard that long for them to inform me... hmmm jus be patient ba.. ahaha easy to say i knw... but once u get it n reno starts its more exciting... my suggestion is to make sure u have ur ID on hand and ideas all drawn out.. so once get keys cn start reno strt away instead of further delay frm lookin for IDs and "screw ups" that wld further delay getting ur home done on/in time.

to me maybe because feel sad that marrying out liao... macham "last meal" kinda feeling... and it wld be nice for both sets of parents to sit together during the wedding dinner although i knw many more opportunities for them to sit dwn together to have a meal and talk... its just me and my feelings.. it is important to me. anyway its important to my parents too... not same sentiments as me though... they feel its more of the elders sit together for that 1 important dinner. oh well.
