  1. You scroll up and take a look. I think he measure wrongly lar, 750mm quite unlikely ..... my 2 cents.
  2. Uh no, I click your photo url, I saw a stair, shocked!!
  3. I did not go through your item by item quotation. I just see the total price, let me point out my point of view to you. First, go have appointment with a few more ID. This is very taxing I know, share you what I did. Meet up in person with the ID not more than 5. The rest just email them what is your expectation with your floor plan, cut & paste so you no need to repeat every time you meet a new ID. Second, always look for a company without the GST....... there are tons out the market no GST occurred. Third, a 4 room BTO . If normal renovation not involving a lot of carpentry, the range should be 25-35 k. But if it is a resale, 40k up , not strange at all. Good luck and hope it help a little........... my 2 cents worth!
  4. Nice! 68sqm ? You mean the stair is in the reno as well?
  5. I also think this way but OceanEleven said his/her's 750mm. Very tall right?
  6. Ya higher nicer, mine I bought a little lower but it consider big for me I will post the pic after installation. .
  7. No I bought this in AE Scroll up I did provide the merchant link.
  8. Wow it's soooo nice to see this quote! I was considering very long whether to get Kwood or Kitchenaid.... Although Kwood is more powerful...... Thanks friend for this encouragement!
  9. Finalizing some of the electric appliances. This part is wallet burning.........
  10. Uh thanks bro..... but $300 + for a door pull, I cannot afford leh....
  11. Yes I did google a few but it just not those thick diameter. In photos are all very big.... thanks Koori
  12. Thanks Bro..... actually I am not looking for the lock, I am looking for this long door pull....
  13. Wrong timing dropping by to see the on going of my Reno..... Tilers working, was told toilets done, living complete by tomorrow and follow by kitchen. Don't wana disturb them work, will follow up during weekend.
  14. Can any kind soul tell me, where to get this kind of door pull?
  15. My point of view, down light or strips I will always get it locally. As for TB and other online site, their price will slightly cheaper including shipping. But..... will you get the actual watts you want? If some not light up, you still need them to ship the replacement to you, let say it this way, will they use good drive? Good chip etc? I had experience buying down light on line . I purchased 15 Watts and when I tested here, all are 8+ Watts. Just to share my experience on this, apart from this, TB is really a cheaper place to shop. Like I said before, in Sg, 85% of the light from China. Just my 2cents input.
  16. 10k I think very do`able. Good luck bro. I see your floorplan I think can be hack and extend. Better reconfirm with the TC there.
  17. You better calculate the volumetric weight of the sink first.
  18. Cheaper definitely, but can you get it on the actual Watts , good chip and good driver? Certain things is good to purchase is TB but not strip and downlights, see it physically will be better. My 2 cents worth
