I have a very bad experience with them too. The one at Hougang. The store manager was very rude the mood the moment I told him that we will consider his offer as the sofa design is not really what we wanted. I told myself that this will be the last time i will step into the shop again.

There are some nursery beside Hougang Heart Land Mall. Perhaps you can try. I visit one of them today, she is very friendly on helping us.

I was about to place order for the F & P fridge this sat, until I came across this page. Make me really re-consider my decision.... But out of curiousity, I went to Best, then they are telling me that there will be a 5 yrs warranty for this brand, which is a much longer warranty as comparing to the other brands. Forgot to ask, what they warranty on. Anyone care to share their experience?

Can anyone update their finding on build-in oven?? We will need to place order for the oven by this week, but I still cannot decide on the brand and model. We are considering between aerogas & brandt steam oven. Aerogas is offer me a digital type at less than $700, & we find it affordable. But I would love to own the brandt steam oven as seem very convenient and good after reading the spec on a magazine. But it will cost me 1.5K at least. Any suggestions or comments on other brands will be appreciated.

We choose to do overlaying for our toilet flooring as its is a cheaper alternative. All contractors we approach told us overlaying is better, thus we did not find out the cost. My dad told me that overlaying is not good as it will crack over the years, but we are not sure if it is true as just started to reno only...
