High end resilient flooring

Did ur ID propose to you another typd of flooring using vinyl material? Its call high something. Anyway I heard good and bad reviews. Wonder how many people did use it?

Currently I am using laminate for all my bedrooms. I find it ok but for new em I will choose light color instead of dark. Mine is very dark now. Reason being I cant tell how dirty the floor is! Like hair or wat.

U very power la, sink also buy! Wht is the 4 colorful thing? Cushion for seats? I wanna buy nice table place mat. Any links recommend?

Personally I dont like to leave lots of plates around. Once wash I will put on rack to drip. Later or next morning will keep all already. So I won't spend so much on this.

Hi alfredt, means is common for hdb flats to install exhaust fan ya?

To me, ventilation quite important. Exhaust fan itself is cheap. But not sure how the contractor here will chop us

I want to install exhaust fan in MBR toilet, 1 common room, kitchen. Anyone does this? In Malaysia, my aunties house fix exhaust fan everywhere. So the air circulation is very good. In hot weather like lately, her house also consider cooling.

i like the black fan, can share how much and where to get? which one you decide to buy in the end? 2 or 3 blade?

i went to JB over the weekend to my auntie newly reno semi-d. OH GOD. her house is only RM418K, less than 200k sing and complete with security guard, facilities i.e. pool, tennis court and children's outdoor playground. and here we are struggling =( if i am buying celling fans, lights and toilet wares in JB, who will install them for me? will my contractors or electrician do it for me free or i need to pay them additional installation fees?

Oh please share with me the store room quote when you got it? It actually can be quite big if sealed up the entire bottom. I definitely got to do it else not enough storage area. My 2nd level can't even have anything, just enough walking only can't built storage or book shelve. But my 2 toilets are very big. Big until I find it ridiculous, how long do we spent time in bathroom esp with kid how to enjoy long shower? Never ever =( Love your sofa, but just 2? 2 ren shi jie lah. Your reno is very nice and extensive. And your 2nd level is very spacious. Mine was go up left is master bed room, right is 2 bedrooms side by side and toilet a little flush right from stairs. Can't do any storage cupboard. Do u intend to maximise the space under the stairs for store room? I think I need to.

@Aries I would love to build more storage space but carpentry work is the killer, will cost a bomb. Will see how budget permits. I hate renovation, the process is very traumatic. I moving probably after 7th month, which is Sep. haha still long but coz I am FTWM I don't have much spare time. So gotten start plan and search for ideas early.

now only left newbies here, the previous EM owners very quiet liao. =( my unit is the type that the balcony is rectangular in size and outside the living room area. i much much prefer those square balcony that is in between the living room and kitchen and got 2 doors type. my balcony cant do much, and the stupid aircon compressor must place there. dont know can relocate or not. having a kid, i look for minimal furnitures, that means no need nice glass display shelves, no TV console, because kid likes to stand there and play with toys when the tv is on...i hated that!!! oh god must keep carrying them away. i hope to have maximum storage area. the staircase store room is pathetically small
