Happy, We had a site meeting, where my ID arranged for the aircon man down to advise us which aircon system suits us and how to run the trunking. The aircon man will then point to us how he will run the trunking and if we say ok, then they will go ahead.. At tat time, we decided to take his suggestion.. I had put the picture showing my aircon in the MBR above also ah.. For MBR, its not above the door.. Thanks Yang Guo, my carpentry start work at factory already, it should start anytime this week.. It takes about 2 weeks for the workshop to produce the carpentry.. My BR2 & 3 lights cost $200 each.. Cos can change into 3 types of lighting.. Yah, system 4 means living room also have.. Thanks.. Your living room view is fantasic..

Jazznpop, u r the first to say my trunking nice leh... LOL.. The aircon man hide all the trunking in the rooms.. Good thing is living room and foyer totally no trunking.. only in the bedroom.. Next time if can arrange, u come to take a look at my house loh..

Thats a very nice granite undermount sink, we were told by the sales person at the sink shop that granite sink cannot do undermount.. So we stick to stainless steel sink...

Thanks Happy, the total quoted cost for installation of the ventilation fans (price excl. fans cost) and windows for both toliets is $280. Maybe going to have 3.. haha.. Still considering whether MBR want to do anot..

xlan, your rooms and laminates are lovely! Never knew laminates in this color could be soooo pretty.. Are you using a pure white laminates for your skirting? Different from the floor? We got our lightings from 'Designer Lightings' at Balestier Road there, err, actually, we did feel that we got abit ripped off on the prices, then after that, we went with my ID to there again to change some of the lightings, initially need to top up another $100+, managed to got them waive it and throw in a free doorbell + spare light tubes (but havent got them yet) If u go there, do pester for more discount.. Let me go home tonight and get the list and contact person, the sales guy quite ok, he looks very young, but surprisingly can make decision one.. But if after reno then do platform should be very inconvenience, think they need to bring the equipment to cut the laminates.. Hmmm, i like my platforms also ... *This is one of the last minute changes to my renovation.. Cos my daybed by the windows as describe by my mum is 'encouraging suicide'.. Cos i not doing window grilles..
