80k is quite norm for EM these days. Moreover yours is near tampines central. Is it high/low floor?

My SIL overlay her whole EM with laminates. I think so long the flooring is ok ( no hollow tiles no damage ). You may want check with your contractor

Does anyone install laundry pole holder on the wall in balcony to hang laundry? But that may be unsightly. I'm thinking of ways of hang laundry though I have a dryer but still prefer the natural Sun. Another way is those removable laundry pole holder that hook on the railings.

After 31 days of Reno Today granite guy came to take some measurements for kitchen top but will come again on Monday to take measurements after kitchen carpentry is up. The doors are also up today. The parquet guys also came to do final works on it. After that The smell will be unbearable for a day or two. Our renovator, Low, said he will make sure everything on 2nd floor is done by Monday so we can move in on Tuesday while the remaining works are only at level one. Low will engage another round of cleaning on Monday in the evening. Here some pics take this morning..our washer/dryer are here! Our main door Didn't take pics of bedroom doors coz workers are working on the stairs

It's still not considered handover yet when we moved in. Coz still have some works going on when we move in. Now left carpentry, kitchen top and few glassworks to be completed..
