Oh.. yours is stickers on window frame. Did you mention a lot of stickers ? If yours is those bare aluminium frame, apply "VASELINE" petroleum jelly $2.00 at any shampoo shop. I actually use my maid vaseline when I run out of it. It keeps their hand smooth and soft. Apply generously, should be soft after 15mins , use scraper and scrap evenly all stickers. Gotta dig in when you scrap. Don't worry about small scratches, can use green wool to remove them. Just google petroleum jelly image Zippo dry very fast, after apply must clean immediately.

If just wanna clean, spray bleach overnight, wash and scrub the next day. If wanna regrout, clean surface.... means scrap grout surface so that new grout can adhere to the old ones. So, its scrap and remove loose grout and powder. Make sure they are dry. Aim to prepare the surface for the new grout. Always remember to allow grout to cure after application. If wanna last longer, apply grout sealer.

Usually for label sticker, I use Zippo. But for window sticker, I apply petroleum jelly, those that my helper apply on her hands. Apply for 15mins then clean.

You might wanna consider those island chimney hood that tapers on all 4 sides & ceiling wall mount type. But make sure to consider the optimum clearance between hood and hob. Otherwise, pipe conceal or not your model had to go below the pipe. No way, you can cut an access on the hood. So long your concealment is streamline and neat, it will not be an eye sore

Yes, if space permits, air con trunk pipe right ? after trunking, you still have space to install your hood. Chimney hood is taper up one right ?

Seriously, if your cpf is close to Minimum Sum. Even you don't pay cash this time, you are still at risk. Interest rate, income, investment ...etc. all may change. That's why it's better to have at least 1 year buffer. Unless, you are expecting a large sum of money that is not mature or due yet.

I assume yours is a large kitchen. Placement of island is important, otherwise it become a hindrance to the 3 main items ( Fridge, cooker & Sink ) Island doesn't not equate daily cooking, do you need more working space. Otherwise, you end up runnng in circle Or I assume that your your kitchen is too big that you need an island like a halfway house to link your fridge, cooker & Sink.

Grout lines are easy, the no solution one is the silicon on the shower screen. Manage to use the gray ones only, got black one or not ? Mould seems to grow from the inside. Now I just bleach em once a month. Spray them overnight, brush and flush clean the next day.
