She got her new HDB flat last year and make the check with HDB recently. Ms Ong always never pick up the office phone. U can sms her to check up your status which gave me a faster reply than calling.

Hi Xlan, I think it is better to stretch the loan repayment period as long as possible. I have a few **** good reason for it after considering and talking to many pp. 1. Your monthly payment should not include any cash portion cause cash can be saved for other investment 2. What if you get retrenched ? You will need to pay cash to cover your loan payment. 3. What if you need to lengthen the loan repayment period when you are having financial problem? - It will takes a lot of paper work and time with HDB. 4. If your life is smooth, I guess you will have extra saving after a few year. Then, you can consider doing partial payment of $10,000 every few year. 5. Once u feel very comfortable with your life, got lots of $$ in CPF or won toto, then u shorten the repayment period or pay the balance in full loh. Please do not assume that Singapore economy will be up up up forever cause when it comes down some of us will be in mid-40s. Dear audreymarilyn, Sorry to hear such a bad news from you. I have a frd who got his "new" flat from Woodland and encounter the same problems with you. Hence, I have to agreed with Applefreak that it will take more than 3 weeks for HDB to rectify the problem. It will take at least 3 to 4 weeks later for the HDB contractors to start work on your flat and a minimum of 2 mths will be needed. If you really wanna to speed up the process, please send all your photos and correspondence to your MP for help.

Hi, Sad to says that these pp are always around in the office and ad on to our workload. I used to have such a staff in the office who is irresponsible toward her jobs, MSNing a lot during office hour. She could not finish her job mainly due to msning and did not ask anybody to follow up her job whenever she goes on leave. Hence, I am always face with questions from clients when she is not around. Whenever Ms XX made a mess, she will just hide and keep quiet and I have to clear the "****" for her. It has been going for a few years. Luckily, a temp girl (just 18 years old) who replace Ms XX during Ms XX M.Leave proves to everyone that Ms XX is a very slow workers and makes too much mistake. CONVLUSION : Even an 18 years old 'A' level works better and faster than this 27 years old diploma holder Ms XX. PS : I actually feel that Ms XX works too slow because she spent too much time on MSN. and internet surfing My solution to the frds here : U can make a list of personel stuffs that she do in the office. (msn or email) Try to get as much evidence as you can. Complain to the boss that if Ms Jia Kelian continue to stay then you will leave the company. Be sure to give your boss these information. If your boss deos not believe in you or still side her, just leave the company lah.

Hi, I saw the lowest quality flooring($3 + + +) from Krontex. It is Made in China and colour looks terrible. I suggest u get a mid to high grade laminated wood as the price difference is very not much. Maybe AC 5.
