I was thinking hard for a long time whether to engage one anot. Guess it's more for a peace of mind to have one. Now I am praying hard there won"t be lots of surprise or amendment required. Fingers crossed.

HI Summersann, How much is your renovation final quote? Any 3Ds to share? I am still waiting for mine before I start a T-Blog...now at a standstill as key collection is after CNY and still waiting for FS master to give me his audit report before I proceed.

Not yet... Still waiting for fs report. It will take about 3 weeks for this. I worry there might be many changed and thus ask my I'D to stop the planning work first till report is out to avoid wasted work. Will only collect keys after CNY as owner ask for one month extension.

All planning work stop to wait for the report now.....he said need 3 weeks.... I am like counting down every day..haha...my ID also kan chiong as i told him all the first draft of 3Ds and space planning might be thrown out.

Wow...that's bad customer service. Luckily I did not opt for them. Cannot admit their quote is one of the lowest I received but somehow I did not engage them. Sometimes it pays to spent a little more to minimise such issue.
