Hi Happy Ang, Are you able to advise us on your air con trunking? We also engage Hong Tar and faces many issue. How do you run yours trunking? They say beam cannot hack through, below beam also cannot as trunking too thick door cannot close. Say need water pump for my other 2 rooms, for water to flow even back to back for these two? I saw your bedroom 2 and 3 back to back why no trunking? Headache as we sent them off last wk for another appointment

Thanks HAppy ANg. By the way, did you make use of one or two tiles joined together for the shelving? What is mitre joint too? I insisted on 2 tiles and my ID was saying not possible. But 1 pc doesn't look sturdy to me.

Hi Happy Ang, May I ask for your wall shelving at toilet, are you using normal wall tile? Yours seem to be do up so much nicer as mine... My ID was saying I need to buy granite tile if I want the shelving to be thicker and have smooth edge. Now mine is 2 pcs of tiles stick together with cement in between and rough edges.

We kept the room in level 1 although we no need so many rooms. Just thought its more convenient to have one on level 1 for future use. Haha...was thinking what if I sprain my leg? What if I am old next time etc? Can I climb so many times? Haha
