  1. Indeed this is correct especially in our hot and humid weather, its always good to seal your stones especially its a much softer stone such as marble as marble tends to get much dirtier over the years in a hot and humid climate such as ours
  2. Just use white cement to seal it together with some white putty if necessary, the white cement itself will be ble to make sure your basin is held together and hide the cracks as well
