Hi Twinklecloud, So far I only have 1 id quote which was >50K but that was because I plan to do an overlay for the floorings instead of hacking. My EM is in Hougang Ave 8 and condition is very old. what about you? Where is your EM? I have already made plans for my flooring and it will come last after everything is up. As for the rest, I need to wait till I collect my keys in Dec 2015 before I can decide.

Hi Twinklecloud, I have recently signed for a resale EM with the layout exactly same as yours and I am also in the same boat as you. Can I check how much roughly did those id quote you? I also need lots of guide. Coz I am thinking to engage an id or get the contractors separately myself. ID they do the same thing by getting different contractor to do different things. Only thing is they mark up the price. But I am in a rush to move into my house before CNY next year and will only be getting the keys after Christmas. So about a month to complete everything. Hope to hear from you !

Hi Cleong, I am new member here because of your post. I realised I have gotten an EM with the same layout as yours and I really need advise from you as the resale flat I gotten needs a full reno. Are you able to roughly guide me on the process as to what is to be done first. Like hacking of current build in, change of electrical wires..... etc... Hope to hear from you. And thanks in advance.
