personally i find that buying premium flat abit bo hua lor.look at the time wasted and all the trouble. initially tot that buy premium flat can save $ cos tiles are done le ma. but now i really abit regret. sigh. but what to do. o ya keep this thread ongoing and make it always the top.

actually my toilet flooring is super uneven and u can feel it one lor. but hdb said is mean to be like this so as to allow water flow smoothly. is this the case? the floor is meant to be uneven?

ya yr skirting same tone as me.. one darker and one lighter. u ask them to change again or what. mine also like that lor. living room i din bother cos i m doing platform so they will change my timber skirting.... ya hor...that is zai fei... think should get them to waive our monthly house installement hahaha

ya hor..i also not very happy to pay for the conservative charge cos all these rectification just take too long even till now..i also closed one eyes thats y din persue on. maybe can send me a sample of yr compaint letter? hahah

hi there ~ i got the same problem as u. i got them to change the skirting in one of my bedroom. Then told the contractor to change due to deep scratches. Then know what he told me? he said is natural wood. So i told him wow so natural until only this particular skirting and not all of the others skirting. so both of us keep quiet staring at the "natural" skirting until he buay tahan and said change for me. Change le..but slightly different from the existing one. The timber colour abit darker. but not very obivious lor. So din ask them to rectify.

hi cantona ~ u using this rinnai wor...i love this at first sight lor. is the latest model. but is x. that time i check the price with rinnai direct, think they quote me 900plus. so decide to drop this model. weixiaobao ~ i also got glass one lei. think mine is tempered glass. brought from bellari...quite cheap nia la...black tempered glass...the glass got warranty one. 3 zones one..but i agree with amoyz that the 3rd zone a bit zor teng.

ckoonyin ~ wow $10/$20 so BIG wor..no la..my class play small small nia...10/20 cents la... beginner class wor... aforahma ~ ya need more exercise kakis so as to motivate one another. i put on super lots of weight (5kgs) after i stop going to gym. now got to discipline again....so as to lose more weights. garaj ~ o so u with california wor. i am with fitness first going to terminate my contract with them soon cos the monthly fees is **** too high paying $147 every mth. since the sport stadium just next to me..i rather go there exercise and save the $147 every mth. by the way..i so happy wor...manged to get all my lighting liao. going to post the pics soon...

hi i brought my hob (3 zone) tempered black glass, slim hood, basin (shape of a bathtub) and soap dispenser from bellari. cost me $1280. the lady told me their price is fix...no discount at all.. i pay a $100 deposit. what u guys think abt this brand?

cant stand the poor workmanship of all these contractors. told them that my skirting kenna dent ask them what they going to do. he still can tell me is not dent...is "design" i look at him with my eyes big big and ask him if is design then y this design only at this particular bedroom and only two pcs of skirting kenna nia. he keep quiet. so both of sit in front of the dent skirting keeping quiet and looking at the "design" skirting. UNtil he finally buay tahan continue to look at it liao..he said he will replace a new one for me. then my bf went up last weekend and told me the replace skirting is of different tones with the rest! If the tone difference really diff alot me going to ask them change away. really very stooopid. me thinking if i m going to write a letter to the straits time maybe they will really be more serious in their work.

Hi everyone..just happen to saw this thread so come in see see look look. i dun find tension_z is spoiling the market if what he/she said is true fact. Ppls get to find useful information and true fact from forum so thats nothing wrong in letting others to know the true fact. Is ok that ID earn abit out of it but now we are not talking abt a one time charge of $30 extra or what but is $30 extra based on per ft. Although now days new flat kitchen are rather small but still it add up to a sum of $ extra wor. if the id is kind enough not to mark up that much this amt we can save for some other things ma.

hi everyone...i am still with this thread just that din post nia. lolx. ok some status updates...now left some minor defects which they need to rectify before i start my reno. cos they actually overlook some defects thats y keep dragging on. ok la..at least i can take a short break. lolx went to a few places to shop for my kitchen accessories. In the end, i brought my sink, mixer, hobs and hoods from Bellari. Anyone buying from Bellari? can drop by here to view the pics. Think this week or next week, got to shop for lighting liao. Then also to arrange aircon trunking to be up.
