  1. Hi ilkl, is your kitchen service yard sliding door top hung or with bottom track? I am interested in the design too.
  2. Wow, the vertical plant make your place so welcoming and fresh. Love that feeling of fresh air in the morning. Me too also has a wall, now thinking if possible to install as renovation already half way. Is there many company doing this? Can Pm me the cost?
  3. Me too also has a brick wall near the TV console but I do not want the black industrial trunking. So my electrician actually engrave a route on the wall surface and later use the pvc casing cover to protect it. Netlink just follow my electrician instruction and route the wire. So far, no complain. Moreover the wire is more than 15m and they did not extra charge me. Heng ah...
  4. Thanks for the advice. And I chose to follow the same route as yours (all the way to Tv console thereafter split for datapoint) because my router cannot hide in the cabinet and it would be too far for wifi connection. Moreover, I do not have false ceiling so i get my electrician to get it a bit conceal (illegally) along the wall. I think old flats just have so many unexpected challenge.
  5. I think its the soil problem. Plant is ok but if there is soil in the pot then it is not allow by SG customs.
  6. Hi ilkl, do you have any new fibre broadband termination point install? Can share where is the existing hidden location? Because I was wondering how this can be done to match your industrial exposed trunking?
  7. From far look, with the door frame install, the air-con look just nice. not much of a weird anymore. By the way, can pm me the cost of this sliding- folding door with contact? Is it direct contractor?
  8. Wahaha, brillant idea for the joint up. The water inlet for the Novita is thru any hole below?
  9. This is awesome. So nice the combination of tiles color. May I know which tiles supplier you source from? And your mirror is from where? I hope to get something smiliar too.
  10. Haha, municipal problem. Usually if there is no water leak in during washing, town council will just ignore it. Ask them do a water test to confirm. Happen to saw this thread too, maybe you can find some other solution (seem like somebody change it to aluminium frame) if town council refuse to do for you till the end:
  11. Why not run the big trunking at the common toilet? Your master bedroom toilet wall tiles sure look nicer without that. Haha anyway still have to run.
  12. Hi ilkl, Your new design looks great. But I can`t figure how do you access your laundry to hang outside, as your kitchen sink and counter top seem like blocking it? Or maybe you have other plan to hang your clothes instead of using the normal bamboo hanging.
