An update on the Eubiq. The fellow said foc installation for me, but petrol of $30 for anyone we recommend. Will let my hubby to jio jio him again - 1 of his colleague confirm getting the standard surface track, so hopefully got gd news for you gals.

I think they really see the address then they quote de. Read somewhere tt even a simple thing like curtains can also range quite a fair bit. When the shops hear that you had just renovated yr hse, bingo. Cost heads north. But if you tell them you want full length/half length, measurements on the width, etc, then it will be cheaper.

Was contemplating such stuff for like dishwasher liquid, the brushes, etc... or even pots coz doubt the pots can go in the standard drying area tt's built above the sink... Active kitchen too exp liao. Looking @ SSC bars pattern (hang those stuff on it) or other kinds...

Hi BunBun... he's born in the yr of the horse. He has to basically xiam everything and to be careful @ certain mths. And even though he's careful, things beyond his control could also happen. That's according to the FSM. He is not keen on the job because he didnt want to be the one to tell us of the bad news. But over phone calls, he elaborated a bit. Makes me even more Yeah yeah, i thought of tt last night too. So yrs is totally skip it? We are not totally pantang... Initially into the idea coz thot it may be a gd thing... But now... haiz... Apple... it's 2 yrs... next yr (2009) it's my turn. Hi GreyCat, FSM said tt can still do reno n move in, but do it on the low side aka ninja pattern. Then do a proper one in 2010. In the meantime, gd news is tt we need not outfit our hse on an urgent basis (coz normally by xie tu everything has to be done). Erm, how could living rm have water? You dun use water and pour it in the living rm right? Then yr wood furniture how? Hi Compassvale, Yeah, we heard can get PE to do the paper work. But we are kind of sold on e idea of a cozy corner there. Plus, i forgot to post this... this part will be patched (location is at the former balcony area there). We may have difficulties in finding matching marble/whatever stuff to match the rest of the skirting. Since a platform will cover this part up, then the beam we can leave it be. Erm, hope you know how i'm trying to describe it. Mai aim my kitchen. It's mine. Will take note on the drainage pipe thingy. I suspected its a risk so pretty hesitant over it... Floor trap can seal de bo? leave one small hole for the aircon water only. Trust you to think of bulk purchase for PE.

Hihi, I had a quote of $3601 (incl gst) for a Sys 4 inverter -Mitsubishi. Optional 4 more yrs warranty for parts @ add'l $399. Current package is tt comperssor has 5 yrs warranty (excl labor & tpt) and 1 yr for spare parts. With the add warranty, both ill be up to 5 yrs (incl labor + tpt). Comes with installation, steel bracket, 1/2 inch armaflex class 1 and 1 transport trip. 2nd trip will be $85. Copper pipe gauge 23. Is this quote reasonable?

Alrighty, pics taking time... The railings which were chged by hdb recently... last time i saw was round ones. Now are square ones. Walking in from main door - left hand side (living, study & 1 bedrm) On the right - 1 bedrm in front (cant see from this image), then MBR (door there), then towards kitchen. The long catwalk i was referring last time... The kitchen (standing @ entrance) The fridge area + a possible tall cabinet here since this area is quite big. Common toilet. MBR. Upon entrance and then to the left - paiseh, dunno how to take to show the whole rm. Basically its in a rectangular shape. MBR toilet. No, i'm not stepping in for now even though with shoes. Too badly maintained.
