Precisely. Perhaps not a daily cook but occasionally to rarely. I narrowed down to 2 models. The Hafele one and the Rinnai's mirror + tempered glass. So far, i'm doing this pro and con table to see who wins. Pros for Hafele: Burner is black - so when over the yrs, will not show the 'rust' or accumulation of food bits or simi. Cons: i) Even though it's black, can still chg color. My mum's one is black, now has dull red/yellow @ the holes where the flames are. ii) Position of burners unfriendly - cannot use middle one when using wok. Pros for Rinnai's. Big fire - undisputed. Placement of burners better than hafele Cons: Partial mirror surface - not sure easy to clean stains or not. Haha. Let me call up PJ, AE and HK tomorrow to check their pricings. Btw, had decided on tap placements too. Will be sticking to earlier decision of rounded tap for rectangle basin due to the sprout angle downwards (making it look lower than it actually is). Common round glass sink will have the square/rectangle tap because its looks 'tall' enough from the taphole (somewhere at base of sink) to sink itself.

My vote is no. 2, with a flimsy (see-thru) divider so that it can afford some privacy and yet can see out of the window.

Blue bedrm - they painted the darker blue wrong. Will be repainted this Fri. Darker blue shd be on the left wall, not window wall. Close up view of the 2-gang and 3-gang switches. The new DB. Didnt know Hager has DB boxes also. MBR - a bit dim... hmm... MBR toilet. My very dirty kitchen sink And btw, the extra support underneath is just as it is - an extra support which Steven had his guys built after my earlier comment on whether such a long support can support the sink in the middle or not. Stuff that we had ordered and placed somewhere on higher ground while floor is being washed. Taps for MBR toilet and common toilet sinks. Hmm... we havent decide which tap shd go where. The MBR sink is a rectangle ceramic sink and earlier on we thot of using the tap on the right side. But now, think think and more thinking, kinda feel that the left tap will suit the rectangle sink better. The common toilet will have a glass round wall-mount sink... How how? Any sugg? Paint... I spy... EzyWash and sealer! So means using correct series and item. Btw, forgot to update earlier that the balcony was painted wrongly. The brown is supposed to be on the right side where the TV console is gonna be, and the Lilac white is to be on the left (sofa) side. They will repaint on Fri.
