Hi, I will suggest bedroom (sys 3) to be inverter. Living sys 1 non inverter as seldom used. I think Daikin brand for above setup should be able to get it done ard $5k. Pm me for contact if needed.

Mit Non inverter is running on R410A. Daikin inverter has a model running on R22 still.

I think for distance if difference of 5-10 metres no difference. For the air flow, maybe the unit having weak airflow is being used more often. Need to service.
