    Hi, you can actually cancel the loan by just letting the bank know your situation or just find another ID firm to renovate your house and just change the quotation document with the bank. What is your status currently ?

    I think it is needed to take of the false ceiling. As everything is connected. Even if the ID did not remove the ceiling. It will not be as good as when you hack the wall, it will definitely affect it.

    Hmm, I don't think you are able to change anything. As the contract has already been signed. Unless if your ID is kind enough to redo your contract and void the last one.

    Anybody have every tried to do this inspired version on their own HDB ? It is very difficult to pull all the lights and stuff ? I am still thinking if I should do it.

    I think you could try the lighting store along balestier road. I guess the renovator will just need to drill holes on the fake ceiling then put the LED lights in it
