  1. Don't bang too early.. COMEX coming soon, this month end.. I'm waiting for that, and hopefully to clinch a better deal.
  2. Thanks Shark/Donut88. ID has made the arrangement based on my wife availability.
  3. I've a full height mirror next to my dining area. I've an issue whereby the reflection are horizontally straight but vertically slanted (~5 degrees to right). Has anyone face this issue and accept it as 'way it is' ? I tried to accept it, but eventually had nightmare... its hard to accept it. I'm willing to just break the mirror rather than seeing a slanted reflection. So, if you have same experience, can share how they fix your mirror? Or do they have to break it and re-install a new one? I've not take over yet... so appreciate your advises. example : Mirror side (reflection) ------------- __ / / / / Object side -------------- __ | | | | Will try to take picture if the above is bit unclear...
  4. can you share what is your experience in getting PowerGas to connect the main supply to your hob, during the renovation period? 1. Do you as the owner need to be there physically OR does your ID arrange all this ? He mentioned that owner need to sign as an acceptance to the job done (like no leaking etc...) The ID's foreman that has initially arrange the gas pipe but during the connection period, he wants me to be there. I found that this sound ridiculous. Truly wish to know the standard practice. Thanks, AJ
  5. Paid 140 for the KDK yesterday in Chelsea. Gotta a feeling that I paid too much for that.. :-(
  6. Hi.. Anyone knows of any contact that customise storeroom rack? Thanks In Advance,
  7. I'm in the same boat have 2 instant heaters and system 4 aircon... to throw is a waste and to sell it to karang guni man is pathetic.. anyone managed to get rid of these for good $$$ ;-)
  8. Can share where is the showroom/shop? Whats the damage like?
  9. By the way, does the neighbourhood/IMM aircon shops in do trade-in? Hoping to get the best deal with trade-in+relayin of the trunking.
  10. Just to share my experience, which we're currently waiting for 1st apt. OTP only list the agreed selling price, option and exercise fee. We've signed these even before valuation is done (taking a risk, yah... ) Only after option fee was paid, i proceed with valuation. Surprisingly, the valuation was quite high exceeding our expectation. So, yes, OTP is a binding contract, but it list out selling price only. I don;t remember seeing any COV on OTP. If buyer able to re-value (at his cost), he may able to lower the COV. But again, need seller co-operation as they're still the owner. (place urself as owner, do you want to risk lowering the COV? unless you're retiring and you're able to withdraw from CPF fund soon, then you may consider helping out the buyer. )
