when he said no car touch your car meaning the video footage had a good view of the rear of your car and no car bang into it or the video has no clear view but see some cars(some part of it) passing your car then he should look at those stopping suspiciously at the rear of your car. If there is, meaning more work for the inspector.

Value is still there but selling will be a big headache. Usually buyers with big family will prefer more rooms. -

WIW can be considered but looking at the size of the room.... better not cos the room will look even smaller.

U can put up a tempered glass or partition wall to hide the toilet. It depends on where u place your bed, as long as it is not in front of the toilet door u can save $.

Independent Buyer 1% Commission To Seller Agent
chronograph replied to tnqhome's topic in Rent/Sell Properties
Alamak brother, be it first timer or 2nd or many more, be it buying property buy other things........ DON'T you READ before signing anything? Take it as a lesson learnt lah, bite the bullet and move on. At least you bought a home you love. -
Attach your floor plan so we can advice accordingly.

Maybe they are taught differently. I was taught the same way as you. However, I have no problem with them hanging it in the corridor or outside the house using the hanging pole. Which ever way it will be seen, the best way is to hang it in the house(kitchen or toilet) of course u must aviod walking under it. They are not violating any rules. They hang it within their corridor boundary so it is difficult for TC/HDB to intervene. Be careful, if not handle probably it will turn ugly like some have mentioned.

Talked to a few of my neighbours who have stayed long enough. They said lift upgrading no need to pay unless you are on the 2nd floor where they added lift landing. (2nd floor no lift landing) -
He deserved it.

To Avoid Conflict Of Interest
chronograph replied to aida81's topic in Housing Rules, Policies and Procedures
Standard reply from your agent. Tell him u r buying from the seller and not him. You represented yourself and doesn't required his service. Scrap thing like "brought u up the unit" is he is acting for his seller, providing service to his seller. Scrap thing like common practice to co-broke is between agents but not individual buyer. They can always adviced his client not to sell to you if u refused to pay him comms and why didnt he asked u before signing OTP? So he assumed you r paying comms and why can't you made assumption you r not paying him comms? As for paper submission to HDB for 1st appointment, I tot it is seller that does it not buyer. Then again, he is serving his client not u. The most important of all, make sure u didnot sign any coms letter: "But even when you met us the 2nd time with to look at the house and finally when it is close, there wasn't any qualms with regards to the commission agreement that you sign." -
