as for the inspection....that is to let buyer check and ensure that seller only move out those *unfix* stuffs......as for those fixtures, sellers are not to dismantle and move out. Also, to check for any leakage or whatsoever....

Updates : went up to my hse last nite. Oh GOSH! Works are progressing fast leh.....cos about 90% of items are oledi dismantled.....hahahaha :D think by this wkends,......all will be completdly dismantled / hacked. Next week should be doing tiling works......and expected WIW to be up the week after. Will update again.

ya lor....moreover, i hv 2 young boys at home.....my maid sure will be super bz with the work and taking care of my boys. that's why i think i also need to chip-in and help with housework liao......keke

i spent ard $12k on my simple reno. things i do : 1. kitchen (cabinets, floor & wall tiles) 2. MBR WIW 3. Dismantle existing cabinets in kitchen & MBR 4. Change all toilets sink 5. Dismantle whole house wall wooden panels 6. re-piping work for washer 7. hack kitchen entrance wall (to do open concept kitchen) 8. change main door & gate we DIY : 1. electrical works (my hb DIY) 2. re-paste 2 toilets door and shower screen (acrylic panels) 3. painting of whole house (by my hb's uncle) That's all

very siong and tiring to DIY leh.....keke no joke leh....the cleaning part! my poor maid will be busy with the cleaning up....keke

Johnson called me,.....his ppl is now doing dismantling of all cabinets at my hse. will also be going to see lights and kitchen sink later after work,......hope able to get something nice and cheap. will take some pix and post here tmrw.

bought last wkends - washing machine, hood+hob this wkends target - Kitchen Sink, all taps, toilet accessories, all lights, ceiling fan next wkends target - sofa, dining chairs, study table did not take any pix yet.....anyway the delivery will be on next Sat, so will take pix and post here then. oooo......our dong-tu on same day!
