my contractor has gone to my hse y/day (31st july 2008) to hack some stuffs liao! now, they can't do anything till reno permits approved...which shall be next week. estimated, contractor can start the work on Thursday, 7th Aug 08. Stay tune....

ok, below are what i will be doing. 1. Supply and install 19ft top and bottom solid plywood kitchen cabinet c/w 1 dish rack and 2 glass door, laminate with ABS hard edging triming. 2. Supply and install 15ft length solid surface for kitchen cabinet and table worktop. 3. Supply and overlay homogenous tile at kitchen wall and flooring. 4. Supply and install L1200mm x H1100mm kitchen table c/w laminate finish. 5. Supply and lay corrugated board to protect living/bedrooms flooring 6. Supply and install inlet/outlet pipe for kitchen sink and washing machine. 7. Supply labour to hack timber panel along wall. 280sqft 8. Supply and install 2 x bi-fold door using acrylic panel and aluminium frame for 2 toilet. 9. Hacking and make good kitchen entrance 10. Supply labour to dismantle cornice at 3 bedroom . 11. Supply labour to dismantle MBR wardrobe and kitchen cabinet . 12. Supply labour to hack and make good 2 toilet metal door frame. 13. Supply and seal up ceiling with plaster board at kitchen entrance. 14. Supply and make good wall with cement screed at balcony wall. 15. Supply and install parition gysum board to seal up living room wall tile. 16. Supply and install parition gysum board for masterbedroom walk-in warerobe. 17. Supply labour to paint whole hse wrought iron 18. Supply labour sand haulage and clear away all debris 19. Supply and install flatted stainless steel rubbish bin 20. Supply labour to install bathroom accessories 21. Supply and install half natoh main door with lockset. 22. Supply and install 1200mm x 2100mm wrought iron main gate. 23. Supply and repair spalling concrete with anti corrosion paint and plastering.

just a quick update & advise. I would STRONGLY tell all parents with kids at home. PLEASE MAKE GRILLS!!! my gf's 3yrs daughter almost fall out of the windows from her 21st storey flat! If my frd is just 1min late, she'd have regretter for the rest of her life and she'd have lost her dearest daughter forever! See how dangerous it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!! DO YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY OR FOR THE NICE NICE FEEL OF YOUR HSE????????

i used to hv a ceiling fan in my previous hse,.....and i must say it looks good and most impt, the air is well circulated and much much cooling! now, i will be having ceiling fan in my new hse,...at least wish tohv a ceiling fan in the living room....cos it's really GOOD!

ya ya, dong-tu on friday. all went well.......and fast....hahahaha my hb and i went,.....rolled in the pineapple,....then take the hmmer knock-knock on all corners of the hse! and tmrw will be officially starting my reno liao.... this wkends will be busy.....cos need to go and select the tiles.....and also hv to go shopping liao.

hi chrono, i will be meeting johnson at 6.15pm today,....and he will take the final measurement. guess he will start soon, within this week. all i need to do next is to select my kitchen floor & wall tiles,.....keke will be having the meeting and discussion with him tonite then will be able to update in my signature liao. will give him the timeline as to hand-over the hse by 13th Sep. guess it's not too rush / tight for him.......judging on the time given.
