Haha! Really gota start so early ah? But I may only be able to start reno like mid Feb 09 leh, cuz of the appts, 1 mth extension request by seller and cny no-renos period. So do I just bring the layout along to see the IDs? Ur contractor wana handle another new project? No worries lah. I'm sure everything will fall in place. Check with u all.. Do u really go to ur new place to supervise the renos? Then what do ur do there? Gota stay there whole day or juz see see, then leave. Maybe afew hrs go back agn? Anyone who don't take leave to supervise the renos?

Hehe... I tink as long as wen u plan storage place for everyting u can tink of during renos, it should be fine to do away with a store room. Just go through ur daily life, and see what u will use. Then decide on the best place to keep it, and build storage/hidden storage there.

She wana find town/near town areas woh. So tink it'll be more difficult. Just hoping that she'll find a new place fast fast bah. But tink with all the wait, plus cny reno contractors dun wana work, I can only shift in ard late March or April liao.
