Jimmy Sky 0 Report post Posted September 3 I’ve got a work awards night coming up in London, and four of us are travelling from different offices before meeting at the venue. Taxis would probably work, but I’m wondering if booking one car for the evening is less hassle when everyone needs to arrive together and leave around the same time. Judii 0 Report post Posted September 4 The plan started falling apart after the trade show dinner, so booking one car was more about keeping the evening on schedule than making it look fancy. Everyone was already tired, two people had bags from the exhibition, and getting separate cars would have meant waiting around outside the venue. I looked at UK limousine hire because we needed one planned pickup, enough space, and a driver who could handle a second stop after dinner. It made the evening feel organised without turning it into some overdone VIP thing. For a work event, that was the main benefit.
