Defects For Ceramic Tiles Acceptable?

how do u gauge if the premium flat ceramic tiles given by hdb acceptable when u do the defect check? what will hdb do? cos my unit i found some hollow tiles and uneven grouts as in like some are 1 mm some are 5mm in the living room.. all 4 other rooms only hv like 1 or 2 hollow tiles.. hdb says that they will try to find "similar" colour ceramic tiles for me but they will only hack out living room , as for berooms they will only cut out those that are hollow. but i tot it is not fair to me cos u don have exact tiles and u can only find 'similar' tiles what if there is colour difference at the end result? officer only said this is all we can do we cant hack whole house for u only living room we will hack... is this what hdb usually do? or im being bullied? need lots of advice what i should do... pics will be good too to show how defects look like for tiles... thanks thanks in advance
