Hi all, i'm looking for a 3 bedroom condo unit with balcony or balconies (better still ) at Bishan, tpy or other north central areas... the only one i know is regency park in orchard, but that's over my budget...

any recommendations?

Thomson/Novena area or for lower budget, Balestier area has plenty of condos for sale.

why you want so many balconies?! they are a waste of space.

if you like, try water front waves, super big balcony.. but not in the areas u want.

if you want a nice balcony and view.

try seaview at amber rd.

very big and nice balcony.

the railing is made of glass somemore.

go get it if you have the budget.

mines quite big. I live on the top floor and intend to put an outdoor BBQ pit there - but is that even allowed?

Only know for west, you can try the condo opposite the bukit batok MRT..but it is 99 yrs
