i'm going to get the F&P 4 ticks efficiency model. Is it a old model ?

Hi, I got a F&P fridge. Also 4 ticks. What model are you looking at?

Mine is top freezer, shiny stainless steel finish. 680mm in width.

Just bought Hitachi R-Z581AMS fridge from Gain City. THey listed price as SGD919, but after seeing it being sold at Everjoint for SGD799, managed to bargain it down to SGD808. And they threw in a free cordless steam iron.

If it is the E440TRX, then it is not very new i think. Coz I've seen newer design. But though it is not as new, I think it is still very nice.

hello!

I read somewhere that we should allow the refrigerator to sit for at least 2 hours before turning it on to let it settle down.. but.... if we do this, how are we going to test the fridge to make sure its working before the delivery guy runs off?

Hmmm...what is the reason for letting the fridge sit for 2 hrs? When the guy delivered my fridge, he just told me to on for 2 hrs for it to be fully cold. In fact, the guy switched it on for me straight away.

for my fridge delivery, the man just switch on for 5 seconds to ask me to check on the lighting in the fridge

and that the fridge is working...

after they left, i leave it for air for 2 hours... why?

1/ ventilate it is for the 'newly' smell to go away and

2/ to stabilize the gas in the fridge due to movement while transporting.

then switch on the power, wait till 1/2 to 1 hour or till the fridge is chilling,

then you can start putting the items into the new fridge... (a lot enjoyment n fun here)

this is my 2 fridge experience, rather standard procedures if you ask the salesman or deliveryman.

it's a must . according to the manual , it also state that u must let the fridge settle down before on. Reason , it's being move around during the delivery

however from what i know that it should be 4hr instead of 2

anyway , i kia su , waited 6hr before on it . ha
