I applied Tampines.In fact,i can apply under MCPS but the flats where my parents stay(Bedok,Geylang) all got problems,so no choice have to choose Tampines and lost the priority. This is my 2nd attempt only.But if this time fail...we will go for resale already,even though we don't have any cash.We will go and look for ard 10k COV flat(hopefully have) then apply for bank instant personal credit to pay for the COV.Then credit card 0% installment for furnishing.I think no one done it this way before,but we are desperate for flat.If we continue to try,don't know need to wait how many years......
