Demolition Work Provide labour, material & tools to hack / dismantle - Floor & wall tiles at 1 bathroom $600 - existing sink & stove support $500 - existing kitchen cabinet $100 - existing wardrobe - $150 - Haulage & debris fee - $500 Masonry Work Provide labour, material & tools to lay/construct - kicthen cabinet base c/w side tiles finishing $200 - 300 x 600mm floor & wall tiles at bathrooms (tiles $2.80, 280 qty) - $1624 - first layer water proofing membrance $120 - 3 in 1 water proofing cement screeding at bathrooms $120 Plumbing Work Provide labour, material & tools to run / install copper piping for bathroom $750 - WC / toiler bowl - basin & tap - Bathroom accessories set - water point c/w min spray squatting pan to sitting pan $200 Painting Painting for the whole housing using Nippon 5000, ceiling are common white emulsion paint only ( 1 white + 4 colour) $1200 painting for 4 door & door frame - $240 Electrical Work 2x 13 amp single power point $120 2 x 13 amp double power point $150 20 amp heater point $100 Carpentry Works Design & fabricate top and bottom kitchen cabinet (31 ft) $3100 - solid plywood - laminate finishing - ABS trimming for all door and drawers Supply and install solid surface top (17 ft) $1190 Design and fabricate casement wardrobe with laminate finishing for bedroom 1 (6.5ft) $1300 Other Supply & install bi-fold door for 2 toilets $400 Provide labour to change door lock (5 locks) $150 Chemical wash and general cleaning for whole house (3rm) $200 supply and lay floor protective covering for whole house $150 Supply and install 1 stainless steel chute $150 Supply & install painted glass backing for kitchen cabinet (43 ft) $774 What do you all think about the above quote?
