I think I need to pull out of this - am sorry for this last minute withdrawal - got problems with the door all that - got exotic alarm system linked to the door and cannot change lock without disabling the whole thing.

My installation is in Oct. Hence Bro Grinders, it should be okay for you to install in Sep. The rule is Cash on Delivery and no charges/ fees will be levied if the installation of the lock is unsuccessful. If you have further questions, please check with wd88.

We bough few locks from Digital Door Locks Australia and they shipped the locks fast from Australia... the Gateman F10 is very easy to install and we done it ourselves

They gave us extra discount because we are from Singapore, they said they have lots of people buying from them from Singapore..

Yes, but who is going to install for us and provide the 24 hours support.

If we were to find any installer to install the lock we are actually doing in at our own risk as wokmanship is not 100% perfect.

Also if the lock i faulty or occur some scratches. We have to bare the shipping cost also and item might get charge 7% GST.

I rather pay a little extra to save myself from all these trouble afterall this dealer is giving us a price that he can hardly earn so why not give him some support?

Same thought too. In fact I already knew I could import them directly but I would have my fair share of defective products (electronics) and hence the warranty and technical support are important to me. Paying slightly more to give me these assurances are therefore justifiable.
