A Place We Call Homez

Recommended Posts

Finally we can start blogging on our experiences gained in the process of home renovation. From sourcing of contractors to purchasing of items, every single area has its own knowledge to master and it's not easy when there are 1001 things to question and learn.

Renotalk has been a great source of information for 1st timer like us, giving aid in almost every area.

Enough talk, here's my floor plan.

FloorPlan.jpg

Didn't source for any ID, but instead, we were introduced to our contractor by our friend. Hence, we do not have any fancyfull 3D drawings..

Randy, our contractor was an efficient contractor, whom focus on giving customer the ease of running around to source for things. He would always try to match prices that i can obtain and asked for the best bargin for us.

We got all our lightings and Crestar ceiling fan through him.

Wanted to post all my lightings, but were restricted by the forum..Here's a few of my 'better' lightings

Hi May,

The lights costs me around 100 with bulbs..They are halogen bulbs, so it would be brighter and warmer, compared to energy savings bulb or leds...

100 for 1? halogen will not be energy savings, right?
