Anyone has a 5rm unit at blk 196 to 199 in Punggol for rent? We, family of 4 intend to rent a unit from SEP 2011 to July 2012. Willing to offer from $2000-$2500 p/m. Must have build in wardrobe in all 3 bedrooms, aircond in all 3 bedrooms, kitchen cabinet with complete cooker/stove/sink in kitchen.

I've been there a few times, developed by Hoo Bee grp. Some 700+ units.

Quite crowded indeed during holidays, got problem booking facilities?

waterloo centre?

From reno blog, window seemed to be new type, likely in Klang Lane (2002-2003), 3 bus stop away from CTY stn?
