Direct Main Contractor Needed (Urgent!)

Hi!

I am looking for a direct main contractor, mainly to do HACKING, tiling and plasterceiling works. I am doing overhaul works to my 5-room HDB flat. I need someone who is responsible,knowledgeable in his field and is value-for-money.

Also seeking advice on PE endorsement, what is the average price and how long does approval process take?

Time is of the essence, and we may be doing things in stages, hence we decided to get a main contractor first, then do carpentry later.Is this advisable?

Anyone who has good experiences with direct main con who is HDB-registered, please do leave contacts!

For PE endorsement for knocking down wall fees are range from 500-700. The PE can endorse for you within 2 days or maybe 1 if the plans are clear. For HDB side, it depends. ranging from 1week to 2week pending for hacking wall even you have the PE endorsement. But still it depends on case to case. If you are looking for a HDB -registered ID, there are quite alot of them outside this market. As for direct main con, you might want to check at the HDB registered listing.
