Leaking Hdb Windows

Hi like some advice. I bought a second hand flat 5i and noticed that recently the bottom corners of my aluminium casement windows are damp with mold growing on the plaster. The upper corners are still fine.

I examined the windows, besides the rubber gaskets looking a little worn and warped at the edges, it looks fine.

Any suggestions on how should i fix the problem? Should i call a professional?

i called the hdb guy, it say it took 3 months till my turn to get repair, but till now still nvr done

call HDB 1st.

Is the window done by you or you inherit from the previous owner?

u need to call and remind them.

Call them..

email them.

Write down the whole story. Stating the date when you 1st report, their report.

Now what date, no sound no picture no movie from them.
