They are able to assemble large team of worker if needed to get things done.On the negative side, I was very unhappy that I was forced to use Palace Light for all the lightings. Their pricing is ridiculous and the quality of the lighting sucks. I've changed out almost all the downlight's bulbs now as their are all burned out. First occurance happen within 3 months.Their source of tiles is from Hafary, which is OK, a popular place to get. As for the toiletary stuff, mine was from Hua Chong, Bedok. Not the cheapest place but I'm happy with their service. After close to a year, the rain shower tap head broke and they were willing to replace it for us FOC.
