$1200 is very expensive! I recently found and hired a PE for my wall hacking (condo), cost for PE endorsement is $350. PM me if you're interested.

Hi Wangmow, could you share with me the contact of your PE? I need to do some hacking too. Thanks in advance - sofymelody@gmail.com

I actually contacted HDB with my proposed plan to demolish the wall to join master bedrm & 2nd rm as well as to make an open kitchen. They replied saying no PE is required n TT contractor still needs to follow due process n apply permit. Emailed HDB wit floor plan n proposed walls to demiloish.

Hi Samner,

Can you please share with me the contacts of the HDB officer / department which i can verify if the wall for my resale unit can be hacked?

Thanks

The abovementioned information was given to me by HDB officer. Didn't catch her name thou.

For PE contacts, u can try google for more information. Got a list of them and they are certified by the authorities.

Mine was quoted $300 to hack off a L shaped wall. Now hoping my contractor willing to work with him.

Hihi, can provide me with your PE contact? Thank you.
