Finally chosen our reno ID. BLVE&BLUE / Lamidoor.

Will try to update as much as I can when I can. For now, I would just like to share my floor plan for our 5 room standard flat at Ghim Moh Valley.

We will start to select the laminate finishes, tiles, and freebies this Saturday. Wish us luck !

Laminates for internal carcass does not equal good workmanship. Depend on the amount of carpentry works involve, $57K for a 5 room flat the profit margin already very thin, can afford to give $2K++ worth of freebies, so good deal i also want.

Should not just look at 57k to Reno a 5 room.

Has to look at how many items are in the Reno list.

My opinion is apple to apple comparison method.

Draft out the same specs and same amount of items to invite other IDs to quote which you then could know if this or that ID are reasonable.
