Short Term Rental For 3-6 Months

Currently I am renting a 3BR condo at Sherwood Condominium situated at Jalan Jurong Kechil.

Our commitment is 6mth + 6mth from August onward. However as I'd found my new place, and

I should be moving in by end-Jan 2013, I am looking for potential tenants to "take over"

from Feb 2013 until July 2013.

As it is on 6+6 terms, effectively the new tenant can only rent it for 1mth and move out

after that with no penalties. However if he/she need to extend it by another 1-6 months,

only need to inform owner in advance. Hence it is a very flexible arrangement with the

owner.

Most importantly, the rental rate is lock-in at a very attractive price of 3K/month!!!

Even Clementi HDBs are calling for that price! For those who are keen, please feel free

PS: STRICTLY NO AGENTS! I am a stay-in tenant and just wanna share this good deal with

fellow families who are like me; buying new properties and need a short-term place to rent.

I know how is it like looking for those short term rental. Either too expensive or location

too inconvenient etc...
