Reasonable. For cabinets dun think they are using blum soft closing, juz normal ones which might not be as effective. Do take note. Oh and the Countertop they using is juz normal solid surface at $60pfr. The rest are okays juz that haulage abit ex... but plus minus here and there okays la...
