I had e pretty bad experience with them on buying a sofa. From reading the forums, it seems many people have. I won't repost what happened, as I've written about it elsewhere. All I would say is to believe what is written by many people in these forums, and believe it. Don't be fooled. Do your research, and you won't regret it. Good luck!
