Standard 3 Rm Renovation Works

Hi all,

Just need some advice or roughly an estimated price for the cost of basic renovation works.

Basically, am on a very tight budget! Following are the stuffs I need for my new flat.

Description: Standard 3 room HDB flat - BTO

Renovation needed:

1) Kitchen cabinet with granite top

2) Laminate flooring for living room & 2 bedrooms.

So what is the estimated price for the above reno works?

Any good contractor or reno companies to recommend?
