Urgent Help Needed - Carpenter (Bed Issues)

When the movers came over this weekend, they realised that my queen sized bade board (divan supporting mattress) of my storage bed can't fit into the stairwell. Anyone has any reccomendations or anyone knows anyone who can custom make that board?
