Which New Launch Condo Is Good

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I am interested in a few new launch condo and visited some of the show flats recently. Some of these new launches are urban vista, bartley ridge and sant ritz. However, all three seems to be a good choice and Sant Ritz is not launched yet. Has any of your been to any of the show flats or interested in any of these new launches? Would like to hear some opinions from you guys.. :D

Seriously I find Urban Vista overprice. And it's good fr rental though coz of the room sizes and proximity to MRT. But some rooms are so small that I won't own stay there.

But you may like its proximity to MRT. I rather have more space.

imagine yourself to be expat - would you prioritise mrt over the location and over the smallness of room?

unless the expat were to be working in changi airport or changi business park whereasabouts, I think the draw of the mrt is overly exaggerated.

Sant Ritz is too near the road. Noisy and dusty.

The new commercial/residential up for tender opposite SR seems much better, especially the ones deeper in.

Not sure if you come across this forum.

Under sub-forum north west, there is a very long discussion on J Gateway.
