hi, asking on behalf of colleague :

1) Already loan 2 times from HDB ... 1st flat was 4 room resale from open market

2) Current one was new 5 room from HDB since 2001

Can he buy BTO ?

Yes or NO and what procedure needed ?

If No, yes but need to pay resale levy in CASH

Answer is he never apply anything before ... only enjoy both time CPF concession rate loan

So if can buy BTO, how he going to settle the loan ? from BANK ?

Current one was new 5 room from HDB is already consider taking CPF grant

CPF grant is different from near parents grant

If buy BTO, subjected to $45k resale levy. This need to paid in CASH

Since already took 2 CPF concession rate loan, then BTO will be bank loan.

eg, how he pay downpayment, how much can loan from bank ... bla bla bla ..

currently still got outstanding loan of S$60k on current flat
