House Painting, Lighting & Small Jobs

I am getting the keys to my house next month and am not going to do major reno.

This is my first house so I know nuts about reno.

Where can I find painters? Do they usually come with recommendation when we buy paint? How much does it cost to paint a 100 sqm house?

Also, we want to change our wardrobe door. Any recommendation since it's a super minor job...

And where to start looking for lighting?
