I just got/selected my unit @ YIshun and it shld be ready over in the next 2 qtr.

Initially was intending to do Hi-end Resilient Flooring (HERF) but after reading up more on it, decided otherwise.

THinking of Oak flooring for living & bedroom and maybe "typical" low cost flooring for kitchen.

What would be a rough guide on the costs involved?
